Senior Care Night

Salary

£12.00 per hour

Main Purpose of the job

  • Provide high-quality care and leadership to our night-time team.

What you'll do

  • Oversee resident care plans and ensure their well-being.
  • Delegate tasks and support junior staff.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

What we're looking for

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a care home environment, preferably in a senior position.
  • Care Certificate preferred (but not essential).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Compassionate nature and ability to work under pressure.

Hours

  • 33-44 hours per week (nights).
